+ Both the curtain rod and curtain are new. I realize that the blue alone is quite bright, but it is still an improvement from either the original plain white, or the light blue (that was really lavender) that we put on it last year ! Ohh, yeah, and we brought out the TV into this room since our "family room" upstairs doesn´t look like it´s going to be ready any time soon.
+ This little mirror "thingy" was left behind by them in the entryway of our upstairs apartment. I just transferred it to the entryway of our downstairs AND adjusted it to our height!
+ The valance in the window is new.
+ Out little sign welcoming Papi home!

These are the most dramatic changes Ben found. We did paint the downstairs bathroom but it is such a light shade and small room that no picture can make it be appreciated. This is what kept me busy while my sweet man was away. I have so many amazing ladies (and some great gents too!) to thank for all this! Thanks for all your help!

So much fun - great work, Keila! Homemaking requires effort, time, and creativity. Your investment of all these can be readily seen in your photos! Thanks so much for posting them.
Keila,
Your thoughts and love you give your nest are beautiful. May it always be an extension of the love you all share with each other and others.

Qué Bendición!
Qué lindo te quedo el apartamento, aunque no entiendo qué parte es cada una, en conjunto me lo imagino muy bonito.
Les mando un gran abrazo y besos a mis sobrinas...

I see that you are quite handy in the interior decorating department, Keila! ☺ Ha, ha, ha, ha! :-D My dad always says that my mom calls him "Honey Do" because we were in this season where my mother thought of a brilliant idea for redecorating a room, then when my father had finished one room, my mom would have some sort of disclosure on another room. My mother had this propensity for ameliorating our house for the longest time! Our house just seemed to go under this immense transformation. Through it all, my dad still to this day can admit that he truly loves remodeling and working with his hands! The best renovation ever done to our house would probably be our kitchen! :-) We call it "Sunny Tuscany"! The countertops are granite! We just can't seem to figure out why our house isn't selling, though. ::SIGH::
