This week in school we talked about Christopher Columbus coming to San Salvador. As we looked on the globe at the countries of southern North America/Central America, I showed the kids where to find Guatemala. "That's where Keila grew up guys," I said. They thought it was so cool that someone we know grew up in another country!!
We've been talking about you guys a lot in school recently. Just last week, Max's curriculum gave directions to write each child a letter explaining why they were given their particular name. :) We got to tell Max all about Daddy's good friend, Ben. Sooo cool!
Even though we're far apart, you are SO in our hearts ~ Love you.
Un poco tarde, pero feliz dia de la Independencia, mi querida amiga!!!que viva Mexico y Guatemala!!!!
Con cariño
